Hors D’oeuvres	Fried Goat Cheese with Thyme Lemon Honey Coconut Chicken Curry Tartlet Crafted from 100% Chardonnay this classic wine shows aromas of candied apple and lemon zest. The 2019 vintage went through 100% malolactic fermentation which produced this lovely textured wine. Aromas of tropical fruits, vanilla and caramel jump out of the glass. The palate features flavors of crème brûlée and pears poached with baking spices which finishes clean due to the balanced acidity. It is aged for 9 months in 100% French Oak, 20% of which was new to add layers of subtle complexity and flavors to this pretty wine. The slight hint of toasty oak will compliment your favorite roasted chicken, pork or seafood dishes.	McNab Ridge Mendocino County Chardonnay 2019
Soup Course	Spicy White Gazpacho and Fresh Berries As one of the pioneers of California’s Wine Industry, the Parducci family has been devoted to handcrafting premium Mendocino County wines for over 70 years. They source only the finest grapes from dedicated growers and strive to enhance what nature has provided and produce wines of distinction. The 2018 McNab Ridge Zinfandel is another great example of how the essence of the quality fruit their dedicated growers deliver vintage after vintage can be preserved. Aromas of brambly red fruits, raspberry and spice deliver through to a delightful white pepper essence on the mid-palate. The finish is balanced yet lively; just the way an elegant and food-friendly Mendocino Zinfandel should be. Poultry Course	Duck Confit over Grilled Portobello Mushroom and Black Currant Butter Sauce The Family Reserve status is granted only to vineyards of distinction. The fruit stands out the moment it arrives at the winery. Together winemaker and winegrower strive to further develop what only nature can provide. The grapes for the 2017 vintage were chosen from the Whaler Vineyard and the Largo Ridge Vineyard. These vineyards are both located in the hillsides off the eastern bank of the Russian River between Hopland and Ukiah. Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged 24 months in French oak barrels. The wine has a beautiful black cherry character with distinct aromas and flavors of cassis, cocoa, elegant cigar box & beautiful dark fruits. This full-bodied and balanced wine has a richly woven texture and a lingering finish that displays evolving dark berry, vanilla and baking spice flavors. Beef Course	Bitter Cocoa Braised Short Rib over Potato Galette and Mole Butter Sauce Petite Sirah makes a powerful, fruity and tannic wine. Our 2017 vintage displays aromas of blueberry, lavender and cocoa. It is a full-bodied wine with delightful and complex flavors of blueberry pie, espresso, dark chocolate and plums. This vintage, which is richer and denser than the previous, has a structured yet luscious finish. It will pair nicely with your favorite boldly flavored dish; imagine slow-cooked short ribs, a grilled ribeye or chicken in a mole sauce.	McNab Ridge Mendocino County Petit Sirah 2017
Dessert Course	Chocolate Panna Cotta with Cherry Compote and Lemon Zest Winemaker's Notes: We have been producing our Pinotage from this vineyard for 18 years. It recently changed ownership and has been renamed Open Hand Vineyard. We have chosen to keep the name Napoli on the label to honor our late friend, Napoli Lehnert, the grower who first brought us the idea of producing this delicious wine. This particular vintage displays aromas of raspberries, blackberries, sweet plums and dark cacao. It is balanced and structured with just the right amount of oak nuances that do not over power the fruit. It has a lovely and lingering finish with soft, dusty tannins.
