Raclette Fondue with Raclette Cheese, Jambon De Paris Ham, Focaccia Crostini, Italian Artichokes, Spanish Olives, and Cornichon
Varietal composition: 100% Sauvignons Blanc This wine captures the purest expression of fruit, offering alayered snapshot of the varietal as it ripens on our Rutherford estate. To achieve depth and balance, we harvest in multiple passes—early picks preserve bright acidity and citrus notes, the mid-harvest selection highlights optimal varietal character, and the final pick brings richer tropical tones. Hand-harvested and gently pressed as whole clusters at low pressures, the grapes then undergo slow, cool fermentations to enhance aromatic complexity while preserving a crisp, clean mouthfeel. Delightfully aromatic, notes of lemon peel, mango and a touch of citrus blossom burst out of the glass. Upon the palate, tropical notes of guava and passion fruit are balanced by hints of citrus and honeydew. Spinach “Pancake" with Olive Oil Poached Canadian Salmon, House Made Boursin, Comte, and Beurre Blanc
Varietal composition: 100% Chardonnay This fruit is sourced from the heart of Russian River Valley where nightly ocean fog patterns create a cooling effect slows down the ripening process, preserving high acidity and increasing flavor development in the grapes. The vineyard is sustainably farmed and planted on well drained, loamy soils. We harvested grapes by hand in the cool of the night picking fruit at varying ripeness levels to enhance aromatic layers and palate complexity. The fruit was gently pressed whole cluster to minimize skin contact and, again, preserve the grapes’ naturally high acidity. A portion of this wine was put through malolactic fermentation to soften its high acidity, broaden the palate, and add a touch of toasty bouquet to the nose. Beautiful aromas of green apple, tropical fruit, and a slight hint of oak leap from the glass. Flavors of kumquat and dried apricot mingle with layers of baked apple pie and lemon peel. Varietal composition: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, 5% Petite Sirah Kith & Kin, Old English for “Friends & Family”, is a Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from all corners of the Napa Valley but with its heart rooted in Rutherford. This wine is approachable in its youth, with balanced tannins and a fruit-forward character. Notes of bright red cherry and cranberry mingle with a touch of allspice upon the nose. Notes of cassis, blackberry, and violet are complemented by classic Rutherford dust notes upon the palate. Exhibiting rich characteristics of dark complex fruits, minerality and balanced intensity, the layers of this wine truly reflect our vineyards terroir. Round Pond’s flagship Estate Cabernet Sauvignon opens with enticing aromas of wild strawberry and cocoa nib. With exquisite texture and a velvety mouthfeel, this wine offers concentrated flavors of ripe raspberry and a hint of blue fruit with beautiful warm notes of allspice and black pepper. Carrying notes of strawberry balanced with a touch of coffee, the finish is satisfyingly long and perfectly summarizes the diverse flavors found on the Rutherford Estate and Oakville vineyards. Coconut and Passion Fruit Panna Cotta with Mango Gel and Brown Sugar Crumble
Varietal composition: 77% Nebbiolo, 14% Syrah, 9% Grenache The mother grape to such revered wines as Barolo and Barbaresco, Nebbiolo finds its own Californian personality here in the vineyards of Round Pond. At harvest, the varietals designated for the Rosato are picked early for lower sugars. Aged exclusively in stainless steel, our goal is to make a Rosato with bright berry and wild strawberry flavors with wonderfully mouth-watering acidity. Aromatic notes of fresh cut strawberries, rose petal, and citrus zest leap from the glass, enticing the palate. Bright flavors of peach and strawberry rhubarb lead to finishing notes of tangerine and lemon zest. The beautiful weight of the wine coats the mouth with balanced, crisp acidity leading to stone fruit and strawberry notes on the lingering, refined finish. |

Varietal Composition: 50% Semillon, 50% Viognier This wine is a blend of Semillon and Viognier pressed together with varying percentages of each varietal in each press load. The wines are allowed to stay on their lees for an extended period before a barrel by barrel selection for the final blend. This wine is bright, complex and layered, with luscious florals notes and rich, ripe tropical fruit notes. Gorgeous aromatics of white lily, jasmine, and citrus blossom enticingly waft from the glass. Upon the palate, honeydew, apricot, and white peach mingle with hints of honeysuckle on the finish. This wine coats the mouth with a great weight while being perfectly balanced with soft, subtle acidity. Barrel fermented in neutral oak lends to delicate hints of brioche and vanilla. Enjoy this delightful wine with your favorite chicken or light fish recipes or as a perfect pairing with oysters and sushi. |

Varietal Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon The Louis Bovet Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon embodies a sharp focus on aspects of Rutherford terroir. This wine is composed from vineyard blocks which grow in gravelly and sandy soils in our Rutherford vineyard’s eastern edge. These vines grow small, intensely concentrated grapes which translate to dark fruited, structured wines. This wine is age worthy and deserving of a place of honor in your cellar and on your table. This striking Cabernet opens with concentrated aromatics featuring black cherry notes, allspice, cocoa nibs and a hint of coffee. Mouthwatering flavors of blackberry, plum and mulberry lead to a touch of black pepper spice and dried herbs on the finish.
