Parellada is a traditional Spanish white grape that gives this wine its distinctive fresh fruitiness combined when with Garnacha Blanca and Chardonnay. Grown in cool mountain microclimates, produces aromatic dry white wines, light and with delicate fruity aromas maintained by the fermentation in stainless without any oak aging. Intense, with outstanding notes of flowers and ripe bananas, pears, apple and peaches combined with delightful touches of citrus. It is firm, fresh, long and elegant with a lingering finish. Excellent as an aperitif and with salads, soft cheeses, and seafood.

Bright pale straw yellow color wine that is light on rim. A blend of 85% Moscatel de Alejandria and 15% Gewurztraminer gives this wine a nose that is fresh and tight with intense and penetrating aromas of musky grapey fruits with white florals, herbs and mouth-watering mineral elements. Off-dry to taste, fresh and elegant flavors of floral, herbs and musk form a clean, crisp mouthfeel underlined by slippery, smooth textures and acidity. Pair with shellfish, a great match for an avocado and shellfish salad, as well as with fish, fresh melon with cured Spanish ham, pâtés, poultry or pork in a sweet and sour sauce. The Sunday Business Post’s Tomas Clancy says: “Viña Esmeralda is one of the great individualist wines. It is a fragrant, white wine blend…highly perfumed with a spicy wash. It is velvety and although it possesses good acidity, it is never piercing.

Appetizer Course Basque Style Paprika Braised Lamb Shoulder Crispy Potato Skin, Sweet Peas And Piquillo Pepper Coulis
Deep ruby colored, rich complex aromas with notes of spice, packed with blackberry fruits and elegant flavors of licorice on the palate and a smooth finish. In 1954, Miguel Torres was already looking for the most precious red Grenache and Carignan grapes in the area of Penedés in order to create a different red wine with the authentic expression of the land's character, this how "Sangre de Toro" was created. Its name is inspired in Bacchus, the Roman God of wine, which was anciently known as the "Son of the Bull". This wine is quite well-bodied and shows a direct mid palate. Some hints of red currant and licorice. A complex wine with correct acidity and some final bitter hints.

Enjoy with grilled lamb chops. BBQ steak, hamburgers, beef fajitas would pair nicely too. “This smells stalky and leathery, while the mouthfeel is tannic, raw and racy. Flavors of baked black fruits turn herbal upon closer consideration, while the finish feels drawing and tastes leathery and peppery, without much fruit.” 85 points, Wine Enthusiast and 91 points, Wine Spectator.
