J Bookwalter 2012 Columbia Valley Riesling offers trademark intense aromas of ripe apricots, tangerines, peaches, star fruit, caramelized lemons wrapped in a floral arrangement of honeysuckle and orange blossoms. The flavors are equally as bright with ripe and dried apricots, Bartlett pears, anise, lemons, grapefruits and tangerines. Crispy Cider Brined Pork Belly
A blended white wine with Sauvignon Blanc dominating over 75% of the wine, this was one of the original malic-acid friendly white wines released from Washington State. Rounding out the blend is a touch of chardonnay accompanied by just a pinch of Marsanne.
