The palate shows richness of fruit, and spice softly textured tannins and a long, flavored finish. While drinking beautifully now, the wine can be aged for a further 3-5 years if desired during which time it will continue to soften and gain in complexity. It is a good idea to decant beforehand to allow some oxygen in and bring out the best in the wine |
