This is the perfect accompaniment for pulled pork sliders or chicken coq au vin.
The fruit was hand-picked in the cool morning hours to preserve aromatics before being gently de-stemmed. Lots were fermented separately and racked into barrels before being aged for 17 months in 40% new French oak. From the winery: "Dark and concentrated ruby hues speak to this wine’s Sta.
