La Spinetta Toscana Vermentino IGT  2013
The La Spinetta Toscana Vermentino IGT is of 100% Vermentino grapes grown in the Tuscany region of Italy, in mixed clay and sand. The average age of vines is 12 years. This wine went through a natural yeast alcoholic fermentation and aged three months in steel on yeast. It is light golden in color and its bouquet is pure Vermentino with ripe pear, melon, lime and grapefruit, tinged with fennel and rosemary. The palate is clean and very fresh on the entry with perfectly judged acidity and a hint of shaved ginger on the finish

La Spinetta Barbera Ca Di Pian  2010
The La Spinetta Barbera Ca di Pian is of 100% Barbera grapes grown in Castagnole and Costigliole in the Piedmont region of Italy, in calcareous soil. The average age of the vines is 27-32 years. This wine went through alcoholic fermentation for 6-7 days in rotofermenters at controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation in oak. It was aged partly in new, partly in used medium toasted French oak for 12 months, transferred to stainless steal vats for six months before bottling and aged in bottles for another two months. This wine is ruby red in color with purple reflections and its bouquet is beautiful and complex with aromas of blueberry, dried plums and sandal wood. On the taste, it is a complex, vibrant, focused wine with refreshing acidity and ripe fruit

The La Spinetta Il Gentile di Casanova is of 100% Prugnolo Gentile grapes, 60% from Casanova, Terricciola, in the Tuscany region of Italy, on young vines and 40% from Sezzana, Casciana Terme, also on young vines in calcareous soil with ocean sediments. The average age of vines is nine years. This wine went through alcoholic fermentation for 10-11 days in rotofermentors and malolactic fermentation in oak. It was aged entirely in medium toasted French oak (600 liters) for 24 months, transferred to stainless steal vats for 10 months before bottling and aged in bottles for another six months. The wine is intense ruby red in color and its bouquet has scents of wild flowers, red fruits and wild berries. On the taste, it is full bodied, elegant and refined, with plenty of grip from the smooth and sweet tannins, balsamic note, and has a fine finish

The La Spinetta Barbera d’Asti Superiore Bionzo is of 100% Barbera grapes grown in Bionzo Costigliole d’Asti in the Piedmont region of Italy, in calcareous soil. The average age of the vines is 60-70 years. This wine went through alcoholic fermentation for 6-7 days in rotofermenters at controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation in French oak. It was aged entirely in new, medium toasted French oak for 16-18 months, transferred to stainless steal vats for six months before bottling and then aged in bottles for another three months. This wine is dark ruby red in color and its bouquet has floral notes, which meld into clean, mineral-infused cherry fruit. On the taste, roses, violets, plums, dark cherries and minerals are some of the aromas and flavors that flow from this textured, classy Barbera. This is a jewel of a wine with a vibrant finish of pure silk

The La Spinetta Moscato Quaglia is of 100% Moscato grapes grown in Bricco Quaglia in the Piedmont region of Italy, in calcareous and sandy soil. The average age of the vines is 32-37 years. This wine went through one month of fermentation in autoclave at 15 degrees Celsius. It is yellow in color with green reflections and its bouquet is sweet and sexy, deliciously crisp with green apple and honeysuckle. On the taste, this wine surprises with its remarkable freshness and brilliant fruit flavors, reminiscent of apple, spiced pear and honey.
