Starlight edges with an inner straw hue. Showcasing a lifted, floral, alluring stone fruit nose with exquisite overtones of white- peach, orange blossom, Maui pineapple & grapefruit edges. The palate is dynamic and vibrant with bright fresh acid and lemon curd essence with a lively core of wet stone and mineral-laden edges. The creaminess and mouthfeel from the Sémillon show through with balance and vitality on the mid-palate. Finishes bright, layered and textured with a seamless polish. 94 Points, James Suckling

Salad Course Irish Goat Cheese Baked Basket and Micro Green Salad
The 2017 Chardonnay is the first Chardonnay release under the Kerr label. It comes bursting out of the glass like an apricot on steroids spiked with bags of baking spices, honeycomb and lemon drop sparks and a waft of brioche. Full-bodied, rich and creamy, with mouth-coating stone fruit and spicy layers, it has a satiny texture and very long, toasty finish.

Dark and brilliant red hues. The nose displays delicate fresh picked strawberry, wild raspberry, and fresh thyme. A hallmark nose of cool-climate, West Coast AVA Sonoma Pinot Noir. The nose also exhibits a whiff of polished French oak and undertones and star anise. The palate is medium-bodied with an alluring weight and texture. The velvety tannins along with cherry and strawberry fruit keep the palate elongation very long. Finishes with refreshing mouth-watering acidity. Drink now thru 2025. 92 Points, James Suckling

Beef Course Roasted Wagyu Petite File Chanterelle Bordelaise and Roasted Parsnip Puree
The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Curvature is a blend of mainly Cabernet Sauvignon (from Stagecoach vineyard) with a smaller proportion of Merlot (from Blue Tooth vineyard in Yountville) and a splash of Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple colored, it simply sings of lilacs, crushed blackberries, mulberries and red and black currants with nuances of tilled soil, pencil shavings and tobacco leaf. Medium-bodied, very fresh and energetic, the palate has incredible tension with layers of red, black and blue fruits and a firm, fine-grained frame, finishing long and perfumed. 94 Points, Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate

Tightly-wound, beautiful wine with incredible purity. The nose offers intense cassis, white tobacco, black cherry, cedar, violet candy, black licorice, and balsamic notes. The palate exhibits a super silky entry, with layers of red and black fruits, spice box, opening underlined by plush tannins and driving a very long finish.
