Varietal Composition: 100% Chardonnay Crisp, crystal clear with lemon yellow hues. Expressive aromas overflow the glass with pear, pineapple and apple blossoms. On the palate this wine displays a silky texture that glides across the mouth seamlessly intertwining flavors of pineapple, honeydew melon and early season nectarines with more savory notes of apples and cut hay. There is a creamy almost almond like note underlying the high fruit flavors, providing depth and complexity on the finish. Wilfred Wong 92 points

Soup Course Black Bean Soup with Guajillo Chile Crème Fraiche and Garlic Crostini
Varietal Composition: 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. This very dark ruby colored Merlot opens with a ripe black currant and black raspberry bouquet with hints of ripe black cherry and mocha. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is red plum and mulberry blend with notes of spice and strawberry licorice with old oak, cassis, and dusty minerality towards the end. The finish is dry, and its mild dusty tannins and spicy flavors linger nicely. Wine Enthusiast 93 points

Moderate tannins with hints of vanilla and licorice. Will only get better with age! 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged in (75% new) French Oak barrels for 22 months. Inky red/purplish berry fruit, lavender, rose petal and spice meld together effortlessly. Varietal Composition: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot A The 2018 Red Blend Henry's Reserve offers lovely mid-palate juiciness and sweetness as well as plenty of allure. Sweet raspberry, red plum, mocha, spice, mint and rose petal are all nicely layered in this supple, engaging wine from Pellet.
