Varietal composition: 100 % Pinot Noir The 2022 ‘Huntington’ is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown on an estate vineyard in the Santa Rita Hills in Santa Barbara County, allowing them to meticulously manage both the farming and harvesting of the grapes. 'Huntington' is designed to be an approachable Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir. It is defined by its elegant balance of ripe fruit flavors and bright acidity, influenced by the region's cool maritime climate and distinctive terroir. This terroir is marked by coastal influences, a variety of soil types from sandy to loamy, and east-west oriented valleys that channel cool ocean breezes, all contributing to the wine's unique character. |

Varietal composition: 100% Pinot Poir The Riviera Pinot Noir is a testament to the distinctive terroir of the Sonoma Coast AVA, celebrated for its brisk maritime breeze and oceanic influence. These elements bestow a unique complexity and flavor profile to the grapes. The 2022 vintage benefitted from ideal climatic patterns, fostering a leisurely maturation of the grapes and a nuanced flavor profile. Each batch of Pinot Noir is matured in an assortment of new and seasoned French oak barrels, with only the superior barrels chosen for the final blend, yielding a harmonious fusion of flavors. The Riviera boasts a profile of deep berry tones, including cherry and raspberry, enriched by delicate vanilla and oak nuances, all counterpoised by lively acidity and a smooth, silky mouthfeel. Pairs well with grilled salmon with a lemon dill sauce, Thyme-Rosemary-Sage roasted Chicken, mushroom burger, seared Ahi tuna. |

Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak, it showcases the pure essence of California-grown Gamay Noir. Elegant, refreshing, and approachable. Pairs well with charcuterie and rich, complex cheese or a grilled Branzino. |

Varietal Composition: 38% Petite Sirah, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Zinfandel, 16% Petite Verdot, 9% Syrah, 3 % Lagrein ‘Maelstrom' is a big red wine, blended from a unique mix of red wine grapes grown in the warmer vineyards of the Central Coast. Each component is harvested, fermented, and barrel-aged separately before being blended to create this wine. 'Maelstrom' boasts loads of ripe fruitiness, supported by both French and American oak barrels, making it the biggest and boldest blend among Tower 15's red wines. |

Bursting with luscious, jammy fruit flavors of ripe blackberries, juicy plums, and succulent dark cherries, it showcases the power and opulence of California's terroir. While embracing its fruit-forward nature, the wine maintains balance and elegance, thanks to meticulous craftsman ship and French oak aging. With intense aromatics of black pepper, spices, and hints of smoky oak, along with a full-bodied, velvety texture, this Syrah defies tradition and pushes boundaries. |
