Varietal Composition: 89% Sauvignon Blanc, 9% Sauvignon Musqué, 1% Viognier, 1% Sémillon. The 2024 has aromas of pear, yellow apple, honeysuckle, white peach, mango, pineapple, guava, and tropical fruits. On the palate are flavors of lemon, green apple, Bartlett pear, grapefruit, honeydew melon, lemon custard, lemon grass, and passion fruit. The wine finishes with a vibrant acidity and a beautiful creamy texture. The addition of Viognier and the Sauvignon Musqué adds a lot of the honeysuckle and floral notes. The concrete eggs and the barrel ferments add a creamy texture to the wine, giving it more complexity and length while maintaining a great freshness and vibrancy. |

Varietal Composition: 100% Chardonnay. The 2023 Odette Reserve Chardonnay pours an enchanting lemon-tinted crystalline gold color. Notes of pie crust filled with lemon curd, dried apricot, white peach, and delicate honeysuckle waft from the glass. Flavors of perfectly toasted marshmallow on the precipice of combustion envelope caramel apple, sea spray, and tingly lemony acidity. Frictionless, mercurial creaminess glides across the palate, carrying ephemeral phenolic texture, and a mouthwatering, clean finish. |

PlumpJack Merlot 2022

Varietal Composition: 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot, 1% Malbec, 1% Merlot. The 2022 vintage was very early and warm. A heat dome hit during Labor Day, catapulting sugars and, therefore, harvest. While some blocks fared well through the heat dome, others with rocky soils and low water holding capacity needed to be picked. The benefit of being at elevation in 2022 was that our vineyards did not get as hot as those on the valley floor. We were able to maintain great color and tannin, although slightly lower than average due to the intense heat in September 2022. However, Howell Mountain always has more tannin to offer than we need, so having a bit less tannin naturally allowed us to ferment on the skins slightly longer than normal while still giving that classic Howell Mountain structure and mouthfeel. 94 Points - James Suckling. |

Varietal Composition: 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, 7% Malbec. The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is rich, racy and super-expressive. Silky and deep, with notable resonance, the 2021 offers up dark red/purplish fruit, lavender, spice, menthol, new leather and licorice. Today, it is a very young wine in need of cellaring, but its potential is evident. Dollops of Petit Verdot and Malbec round out the blend. Varietal Composition: 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 3% Malbec. The 2022 Odette Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Stags Leap District, offers notes of freshly baked cinnamon rolls and blueberry pancakes hot off the griddle. The vintage’s heat is reflected in an aromatic school of Red Swedish Fish with a splash of graphite minerality. On the palate, layers of juicy raspberry, candied walnut, and cola ride fine-grain tannins to a mouth-watering finish of vanilla, toasted oak, and cacao. 95 Points - James Suckling. |
