Varietal composition: 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Malbec, 10% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot, 7% Cabernet Franc Bright and inviting, the 2024 Rosé has a pale blush hue with aromas of just picked ripe strawberries, raspberry, kiwi, juicy watermelon and hints of rose hips. The refreshing palate is filled with tangy cranberry, strawberry, pomegranate, hibiscus and citrus peel. The wine has a delicate and satisfying acid structure and a lingering finish. It is structured and inviting, with a round, textured mouth feel from the oak barrel maturation and a creamy, layered texture. This Sauvignon Blanc is crisp yet rich with a satisfying lengthy finish. Luscious, fresh black plum with some notes of dark, ripe raspberry, anise, and toasted oak combine with a hint graphite. Flavors of rich black cherry and mocha coupled with a subtle cinnamon, clove, and toffee. A smooth, silky pallet with elegant tannins presents this wine. Varietal Composition: 71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 5% Cabernet, Franc, 3% Malbec, 3% Petit Verdot The 2019 Élu has an intense dark ruby color with ripe blackberry, blueberry, mocha, dried fig and crushed black pepper aromatics. The wine is full bodied and layered with fine grain tannin structure and refinement. On the palate, the velvety texture highlights juicy black plum, cassis, dusty cocoa powder, and notes of roasted espresso with a lingering finish. James Suckling 94 Points.
